I shut off the dehumidifier so it does not produce more water even though we really need it during this hot humid weather to reduce the humidity in the home and prevent mold. This is the first time we have had this problem and we have been using dehumidifiers in that location for a long time and again, this is the first time the water from the dehumidifier is not draining away.
