Hello, For the past couple of years, I have been having drainage issues in my yard and have been getting water seeping into my basement. My sump pump is working, and empties into a storm tile along with two of my downspouts. This all seems to be working, however the opposite side of my yard floods. And when there is very heavy rainfall, or thaw especially when the ground is frozen or saturated, water is seeping into my basement. A couple of times, water has flooded against my foundation and filled my basement window wells. Thank you, Kimberly

The ground is saturated so there is no where for the water to go from the discharge pipe? Everything is getting overwhelmed. My basement is still dry however.
