Comment: Had some small water puddles in the basement of the home we just purchased, but could not find location of where it was coming from. Appears could be seeping in through foundation. Wondering if we need a sump pump and cost for having one installed.

Comment: I have water coming up through the concrete floor in the basement. The water table is very high and we've had a lot of rain. I have 2 sump pumps that were here when I bought the house 4 years ago and they run constantly. No problems until last summer. From what I've read I need a interior perimeter drainage system.

Comment: During the heavy rains I have gen getting water in 2 spots of the basement. One area the water rises up from a hole where the tub drain pipe goes into the ground. There has always been a hole in concrete there. Other area is side of hose below an egress window/window well.
