I would love it if we could get an assessment as to how bad of shape the foundation is in, how soon we would need to get it repaired (depending on how bad it is), as well as what the estimated cost would be. Debating if i should hire someone to dig around the foundation to seal with black mastic and add 2" polystyrene foam wall with expanding polyurethane foam for a tight fit.
