Comment: Water is running down the wall. We have an ash soot from the fireplace upstairs. There is 2 openings to remove the ash. The water is coming in through the those openings. Water has also come down the wall from a window well but because of some landscaping we haven't had the issue there. It would be good to take a look at that as well.

Comment: Hello. We're currently planning a kitchen remodel, and our general contractor noticed we have some issues with our foundation. I would love it if we could get an assessment as to how bad of shape the foundation is in, how soon we would need to get it repaired (depending on how bad it is), as well as what the estimated cost would be. I'm also curious if we get the kitchen done now and the foundation done later, could the foundation fix damage something in the new kitchen (they plan to rip the floor up to the sub floor). Thank you. Additional information: Preferred Method of Contact:: Email

Comment: Water getting into our new house through basement wall cracks. Need to divert the water from the foundation. Debating if i should hire someone to dig around the foundation to seal with black mastic and add 2" polystyrene foam wall with expanding polyurethane foam for a tight fit. Also to install an exterior French drain. How much would this type of thing cost vs. trying to do it ourselves?
