What made you choose our company:

One day this past winter I came home from a week away from home to find my basement carpet sopping wet with water from wall to wall. After I got the carpet ripped out and situation stabilized, I had Eric take a look at my basement to see what would prevent that from ever happening again. We determined that the problem was elevated ground water and very quickly created a plan to keep it out in the future. It was obvious within just a couple of minutes that Eric came with the experience and knowledge needed to provide a quality, long term solution in the form of a sump pump and battery backup to keep my basement dry in the future. The installation itself took about a half day and was done neatly with obvious attention to detail. Hopefully I never find water in my basement again but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call Support Works again.
