Ethan has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL in both the sales aspect and customer needs. We had a power outage and the alarm on the sump pump was going off and we did not know how to turn it off. Within 5 minutes of leaving message, Ethan returned our call and helped us out! We can attest that the alarm in fact WORKS! Ethan then came over the next day to take a look at some water and discovered an issue and immediately corrected it. He then took another 15-20 minutes sitting down and explaining everything again in a way that we could all understand on how the system is designed to work. He is such an asset to this company! We will be sending business his way!
