    The crew was very professional, punctual and did a great job in a poor environment. We are very happy with the extra space we now have for storage. It is cleaner and warmer in our house. Doing any work in the crawl space is now enjoyable. It is less dusty.in the house and we have no mood or mil due smell. We are very happy with the service, price and the end result of the encapsulation.

    After speaking with Shannon about a leak around our basement window she arranged to have Glenn come out and have a look and give us a repair estimate . The morning of the appt. Glenn called to find out exactly what I was seeing and after explaining it to him he said it sounds like a plugged down drain in the window well. He told me what to look for and what to do and to call him back if I ran into problems. Glenn was 100% correct with his diagnosis and my wife and I fixed the problem ourselves with a little labour and $60 worth of new gravel. We are extremely grateful to Glenn & Shannon for their excellant and honest service and support and should we or any one we know need work done we will definately make Basement Systems our 1st call !!
