I recently represented a real estate client who was making an offer on a property with obvious foundation settling problems. I was given the name of Bryan Wooldridge (Aka: "Wooly") with Arizona Foundation Solutions as the best foundation repair company in AZ.
From the very first phone conversation with Wooly I could tell I was going to receive excellent service. In fact, he went above and beyond and went out on his day off, driving hundreds of miles, and inspected the property because he knew how time sensitive it was. Now that is service! In addition to being so responsive he had the inspection report to me the very next day. My client plans to use Arizona Foundation Solutions to repair the serious foundation issues "because" of the above and beyond initial service connection of their representative, Wooly Wooldridge. -Chuck Malone JK Realty
