What made you choose our company:

There is no available option in this questionnaire for me to post my concerns. The drainage layout proposed by the sales person was different than what was installed. The installation crew said that they had more experience than the salesperson and would install what was needed. What was proposed seemed logical to me, but what was installed left me with concerns. I cannot fully recommend your product until I have a chance to see if will actually work! I am sure it will, but if it does not, I assume you will stand behind your product. Thanks.
