Craigen took time to explain the process, was friendly and did not provide a high sales pitch. Gave a clear understanding of what needed to be achieved and the steps to accomplish our goal. Meeting James and his crew made us feel comfortable. James was just terrific to work with and kept us informed when they would arrive, what they accomplished and when they would leave for the day. They were all business and worked extremely hard to get things done each day. We always knew their schedule and there were no surprises. Very pleased with the completion.
