Hi Chris , I am very happy with the work done on the crawl space , and I have noticed that the floors are warmer and the house has a more even temperature, this winter will hopefully show a decrease in my hydro bill to some degree. And so far , touch wood, no more rodents let’s hope they find other homes to nest in !!  I am just working with my insurance company to see if I can get a bit of a discount with the seismic upgrade , I didn’t think of it until I just renewed my house insurance. After the install in December the floors are warmer, less moisture and musty smell, no more leaks, it has helped save energy consumption and cost. It has reduced bugs and rodents, plus it looks great.
