Our 34 year old home had become musty smelling with small crawl space leaks in the winter over the years but didnt seem to be more than a brief seasonal problem. With the recent atmospheric rivers we developed a huge flooding problem that I was terrified would require digging up the whole foundation. To my great relief BSV was able to do all the work from the inside, create a reliable pump drainage system and line the entire crawl space with their awesome vinyl liner. The work was done efficiently, cleanly and considerately. The work was very difficult and physically demanding - Ryan was amazing! It is such a relief to feel reassured that my crawl space is dry and intact whenever I hear the rain coming down. And the musty smell is gone!! Worth every penny for sure.
