I am very happy with your representstives and the services provided by them. I am NOT at all happy about the Company I was referred to for initial removal of water. They have been deceitful and unresponsive. My insurance adjustor has told me that they will not do business with this company. To make matters worse, the water was back in 24 hours and your Company had to pump it out again. I do not understand why you could do the water removal at the start? I have asked before and didn't receive an answer.

Both were great but Lalo waa exceptional

I have an extension cord and gloves that I need to return to you.
