Hello - want to see about sealing our crawlspace. It is 500 sqft. This is preventative since a recent new build/flip.

1957 elevated rancher. Large hillside behind the house. 3 to 4 inch stream of water running on the dirt bottom of the crawl space underneath the flooring of the house. Unable to determine how the water is coming into the crawl space. It seems to end by draining and being soaked into the dirt floor. I have owned the the home since 1990 and have never had this type of water problem before. Also note the water is coming thru my south side neighbor's retaining wall.
