Title: Finishing Project Manager

Micah is a Total Basement Finishing Project Manager who started in 2014 and has been a trusted employee ever since. He most recently was a Happiness Project Winner of July 2017! A typical day for him includes taking a list of moving parts (permit, plans, trades, customers, scheduling and managing crews) and making them gel together and flow smoothly. Micah was also a carpenter before this position and this knowledge helps him greatly when figuring out logistics for any basement finishing project. In addition to all the technical work he does day to day, he is always creating, keeping and maintaining customer expectations. He also enjoys the challenge his job has to offer. When Micah is not at work, he lives in New Haven with his wife and enjoys basketball, traveling and doing local volunteer.
