Ross Mannuzza

Ross Mannuzza is the General Manager of Connecticut Basement Systems. His primary responsibility is to ensure excellence in the organization from sales through production to providing "WOW" Client service.

He holds a BBA in both Marketing and Management, earned a Certified Builders Rep. designation, received multiple credentials from the Building Performance Institute, wrote and won several RFPs for multi-million dollar contracts, and most recently certified in NLP as part of his personal commitment to interpersonal support/ coaching efforts.

Ross's hands on approach and entrepreneurial background has served him well over a diverse 25 year career. From developing startup companies in garages/basements, to managing $900MM multi-regional sales teams, to advising the Corporate Leaders from the largest real estate companies in the country.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, restoring his 120 year old Row House and spending time with his family.
