My only negative was the crew leaving my door open as they came in and out, leaving me a bit concerned about where my cats ended up while the crew worked. (I shut the door once I realized they'd left it open.) But they were very neat and thorough - you can hardly even tell where they ran the output pipes for the sump pumps under my lawn. The installation was much quicker than I expected, too.
