This was a maintenance visit, not a new installation. Since this survey doesn't really supply a proper place to report on maintenance, I am doing it here. Ailton was exceedingly polite, friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently & cleanly, and took time to explain work done. I plan to request him net year.
The Cleanup Process
Ailton is the ONLY person I have ever had work at my house who turned off the lights when he was finished in a room. He cleaned up everything & there was no trace that any maintenance work had been done. Impressive!
