Very professional and able to accommodate times that we were available.
Max Biga was the technician that preformed the PM. He was excellent at explaining the pros and cons, both economically and technically, of replacing a gasket vs. replacing the pump. He also discussed the benefits of installing Rim Joist insulation and was able to give us a quote.
Dates updated on PM info sleeve, not evidence of anything left behind or out of place. Excellent cleanup.
