Max called prior to coming and arrived when he said he would. He tested the malfunctioning M53 sump pump and upon seeing the quantity of water flowing through my system, discussed the option of going to a larger pump to decrease the wear and tear on the pump. I agreed with his suggestion and he quickly and efficiently replaced the pump.
