What made you choose our company:
I'm just commenting on our service rep. Dan Oestreich. He is one of the BEST professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Most reps are courteous and polite.....but Dan is GENUINE!!!!!! He comes from a military background and it shows in his demeanor. I tried to get him to call me by my first name....but, as any professional would do, he stuck to his manners and continued to call me SIR! He explained everything he was going to do.....and finished it up with an explanation of everything he did. If you ever have to call the company for an issue......I would recommend that you ask for Dan to be your rep.
