just installed, so..? overall, my issue is that each department worked individually
Just called service rep...was informed and provided information and was concerned with customer
seemed like his first call, did not really know full work to be done. After sale, not involved - problem
wold have bleen a 5 - great guys, except from "floor crew" to "wall crew" information not passed on
good job, very concerned
What made you choose our company:
years in business, overall project responsibility, warranty. My issue (and the job just got done), is that each responsible crew - from sales. floor crew, wall crew, service group...each did their own thing but there was no one with overall responsibility and follow thru and information not passed on...something that I thought at least the sales group would have responsibility for.
