What made you choose our company:

Although I am not satisfied with waiting over 4 months for my appointment, Chris and his crew were great. They were confused as to where the sump pumps were going until I told them the correct spot. The floor layout was incorrect. They were very courteous and neat and worked very hard to complete my basement in one day rather than the predicted two days. They were concerned when digging the hole for the pumps, with what appeared to be an old pipe with water pouring out. It was filling the hole as they dug, so a temporary pump was used until the 3 pumps were installed. Not typical of what they are used to seeing and Chris couldn't offer an explanation. I'm concerned the pump continues to run about every 15-20 seconds since installed! John, the electrical contractor called before he arrived, as promised and was right on schedule. It was very nice of him to explain the system to me. He was in and out in about one hour and did a great job! I chose CT Basement because........ Even with my complaints, YOU are the guys that get called, after people go somewhere else first. CT Basement is #1, the best, hands down! This should be the first call you make! YES, you can certainly use me as a reference, if you don't mind potential customers hearing my story good and bad, but honest. I've already told a number of people about my experience and I would NOT hesitate to recommend CT Basement, for all things basementy! I'm going to see if someone actually reads this. I would like someone to come out to explain the entire system, most of all, maintenance of the pumps and cleaning out the sump liner. Also the alignment of the three pumps. Thanks so much!
