The Cleanup Process
Steve Cogswell was the service technician who provided me with the first annual maintenance on my sump pump and dehumidifier that was installed in December 2001. He was thoroughly competent, professional, courteous and neat, leaving both systems cleaner than when he started, the latter being one of the stated objectives of the maintenance plan. I would highly recommend him, and I already scheduled his return visit for next year's appointment
