Brian DiRisi was my initial salesperson. He spent as much time with me as I needed in order to thoroughly answer all of my questions and understand the needs for my basement. He was very kind and very patient, and he always answered all of my questions as accurately as possible. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the decisions that I was making and he made sure I fully understood the products I was choosing. Brian is really an asset to the company. I can't say enough good things about him.

They were very polite and patient, and they were careful to check with me if I had any questions or concerns before and after starting and completing their work.

The installation crew did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves and it was very much appreciated.
