Oh my basement used to be cool, until the service man came now it’s very warm down there. It’s set to go off at a certain number and it doesn’t and just had the dehumidifier fire serviced last year. So what’s up are have someone contact me please. Maybe it just needs adjusting.

My dehumidifier was fine until the service person came. It is set for 53 to go off and it doesn’t go off at 53. My downstairs is just as hot and it wasn’t like that before he came. Always something. I’ve had my sump pump serviced many times but this last two times. It seems that it’s always something.

I always watch to see the work they do. When he flushed the Sump pump out, the water was still dirty. And all the times I had at service, the person pump the dirty water out.
