What made you choose our company:

few weeks ago, we just got water in same exact spot we got water BEFORE using you, if we get a huge. rain again I now know we will be in trouble again. we spent 30,000 dollars with you and Servpro after the big storm a few years ad we are back to square one. two of your reps came out to look at it. no answers. said sorry and let us know when get water again. said that at least when we sell the house. we can tell the future owners that we used you so it will help sell the house. nice right. dont tell them we still get water and you made no difference but just that we've used you so they will feel safe. great. both reps did zero to solve problem. said tear up the new basement floor again ourselves and let us know if you get water again-but not much can do. I will let people know that ct basements will not help you out, bottom line, if you spend tons and their system does not solve the problem. you dont make that clear at all. you lead people to think you''ll be there for them if your work fails to do the job. so upset I used this company and did not go to a smaller one where I met the owner and they follow up on their work. this was a big miss and a lot of wasted money for me. I was warned by a small company owner not to go this route. I blame myself.
