Job review from Weslee in Southington, CT 06489 on 04/03/24

The quality of the work is great, no complaints. But we had several clerical errors and miscommunications that were not great. We had to ask three times to get a clear answer on whether we the homeowners or CBS would cover our basement belongings in plastic. Second, our contract stated we were not getting a full system when we were. Our sales rep said this is bolierplate and that we should not sign that line. Each customers contract should be relevant to them. Lastly, after work was done, the install crew attempted to bill us for the entire balance eventhough we had already paid a $4k deposit. This is not their fault, they were working with faulty information. When we called the office, the office was closed. If we had just paid what was asked, we would have overpaid by $4k.
