Again, Jorge was excellent in explaining the diagnosis but I am not happy that the dehumidifier has to have another in house Diagnosis. If it's low on coolant, why does it have to go to the shop and why can't a service person just add it here. I refused to let it go. Being a senior pushing 80 and on a limited income I can not afford to have the machine go back again. This unit was not cheap and if this has to be done every year 3 years I can not afford it. I am using my own 3 little dehumidifiers and this machine will not go back to be diagnosed. I can see the point of have the back-up battery replaced because even car batteries have to be replaced every 3 - 5 years, but the pump has to be replaced every 5 years. I lived in Farmington for 32 years and had a sump pump that was never replaced. I need an explanation on why the sump pump has to be replaced. And why can not the dehumidifier have coolant added here or whatever you put in?

The sump pump is the best thing I ever purchased and I have not had a drop of water since. Thank you Jorge for all the explaining you did for me and answering all my questions. I would 100% recommend a sump pump system from CT Basement but not the de-humidifier system.
