Sales Process

Jared was fully engaged even calling on me after heavy rain to make sure things were holding up before repair. He proposed only what was necessary to fix the situation, nothing more which I really appreciated

Our Installation Crew

I had PJ for both repairs. On the second repair, he could not install the Flex Span system and offered alternatives discussing cartefully with me until we agreed to path forward.

The Cleanup Process

The installations were very neat and the areas cleaned completely after installation

What made you choose our company:

Reputation and expertise but ultimately the sales representative following up even after I initially had a repair done by another company (which ended up failing). CT Basements agreed to remove that repair and install their system without any extra cost added to the original quote.
