We built our home - every nail and board. Lately, with age, we have had to rely on tradesmen to do things like shingle a roof, string an electrical line in places that are becoming increasingly difficult for us to reach, etc. We are rarely pleased with the craftsmanship we encounter. Because of our personal experiences doing most of the work ourselves, we usually find that most of the companies we hire have much room for improvement. Your company is the exception. Although we have not had torrential rains since you installed the sump pump, the work was done on time artfully, with no mess or fuss. And, that couldn't have been easy with the mud and left over snow out here. I am impressed by the quality of the people we encountered at every step of the process and, as long as the pump works (I'm sure it will), you have two most satisfied customers in my wife and I.
