I cannot say enough about my experience with CT Basement Systems on this project, and I am a pretty "hard grader" on stuff like this. Our sales rep, Tarn Granucci, was very knowledgeble and spent a lot of time with us designing the right solution. We had a work crew on site for two days and they worked incredibly hard both days. The quality of the work was very good, as was the cleanup afterwards (these are messy projects). System has been running for close to a year, with no problems. Fantastic service experience overall!
