The bathtub is on the outer wall right where they were digging and removed rock. I only found this out 9 days after they finished and the encapsulation was completed because I had an electrician under the house doing work who notified me I had puddles of water on top of the encapsulation. You can check your records I called for a tech on 5/6 to come out and check this. I know the crew digging broke the drain because I saw it laying in the dirt they dug out. I assumed at the time it was an old drain that was in the crawl space and didn't question it at the time. I wish I would have because water was running under the crawl space for 9 days when the shower was used and could have potentially ruined the whole encapsulation. I had a plumber repair the drain. Also the encapsulation crew broke electrical wires but your company did reimburse me I received the check yesterday. But they also broke a gas line on 4/25 and Noel told me he informed your company. I received a bill from my Gas company for $107. to come out to cap off the broken gas line and test for leaks, etc. I would like to be reimbursed for that also and request that someone from your company contact/call me about this.
this number would be higher, refer to other comments
I wish I was informed you did the finishing flooring, I found this out from speaking with Victor on the foundation crew. I was told when the quote was done I had to handle that myself.

I had sub flooring redone in a close and a sun porch which I know have to arranged to have finished. I would've included this in the original quote if I was informed it could be done.
The foreman Victor that handled the foundation work was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was very pleased with his professionalism. The foundation and encapsulation crew cleaned up everything, there was not a spec of debris left anywhere.
