Joseph Groff

Joseph is a System Design Specialist with DryZone who specializes in creating the right solution for wet crawl spaces and basements. Joseph comes to DryZone with an exceptional amount of customer service experience including having been awarded the Ford E2 Excellence in Customer Service Award.  His favorite aspect of working at DryZone is customer interaction. The best parts of his day are when he is able to come up with the right solution for homeowners who have been struggling with a failing area of their home. Bringing homeowners relief and protecting their home and health is very important to Joseph.

When Joseph isn't providing solutions to homeowners, he loves to hang out with his kids. One activity that they love to participate in is fishing, particularly freshwater fishing on Concord Pond. Another activity that Joseph enjoys is flying drones. He has a fleet of drones that he flies in his neighborhood. Joseph is an excellent woodworker and will create items that his wife does finishing work on that they gift to many delighted family members and friends. It was the inviting people in Team DryZone that drew Joseph to join our company, but it is helping homeowners which motivates him every day.
