Call Representative
No one called me the night prior to the planned service as promised. If you are going to tell customers that someone will call with a window of when to expect the repair person to show up, then you really need to do that. I (and I'm sure other customers) count on this window.
Sales Process
Very friendly and professional. Explained process clearly. Clear estimate and details of what I should expect.
Our Installation Crew
Very friendly and professional. I ranked him a 5 however the one thing I would recommend is for the crew to use shoe covers. Steve did a great job but the carpet he was using to access the room with the problem was white. He did not drag in dirt or mud but easily could have given the wet conditions outside. I was very impressed with how well he cleaned up after his work.
