This was a followup visit to remove insulation and install a metal dryer vent to replace our old plastic vent. The technicians came on time and resolved a minor issue of properly installing the dryer vent all the way to the dryer. Steve Clendaniel is an excellent technician. I look forward to his annual visit to check the system and install new filters. It was Steve that recommended the removal of the insulation and the installation of a safer dryer vent. While Steve did not take part in the current work, the two gentlemen that did come, represented your company very well.
