Photos appear to show a plastic liner on the crawl space floor, which now has areas of standing water on it-- assumed to be condensation from HVAC-- high moisture readings, hanging insulation, and some areas where mold is beginning to develop. So I need-- mold treated, moisture source identified and addressed, and an encapsulation of the space.
