Everything was performed and delivered as promised. The strong communication each day was a welcome bonus compared to many contractors I have dealt with.

Follow-up in advance from the office team and then follow-up after the work was done was very good. Very cordial, warm and cheerful folks.

Charlie spent a lot of time looking at my crawlspace and came back for a follow-up to help make me comfortable with such a big investment. If I called Charlie with a question his follow-up was almost immediate.

Both of the crews were outstanding. Gaije's woodworking team included Tony and Austin -and Kizi's cleanspace installation team included Francis as well as Tony and Austin. I was so impressed with these two teams. Great leadership from Gaije and Kizi. The communication, teamwork, work ethic, care and follow through was truly outstanding. I really enjoyed their teamwork - both teams - they each knew their jobs as knowledgeable experts and they worked in great coordination with one another. Also all genuinely nice, polite and personable young men with a great sense of pride in the company they worked for and the products and systems that they believed in. You can be proud of these crews and the work that they preform.

Flawless, each day. I also liked that they checked in with me on departure. I had complete trust in their work ethic but it was nice to have some transparency.
