Comment: I'm in the inspection period at the address given. The crawl space has low headroom, ductwork that has disconnected, other obstructions and the insulation is in bad shape. Need an estimate on cost to fix all this. Roughly 2500 sq. ft. Time is of the essence as the inspection period is coming to an end.
