  Rene was great in her calls and email to me. She was always very attentive and careful to provide just the right amount of guidance and support. Cole Tatge was very very good. He spent much time with me, going over every detail and all of the rationale for the process and procedures. The presentation materials were excellent and the video was helpful. David Ezelle is an exceptional co-foreman. Together with Richard, the foreman, they made a cohesive pair. I was especially pleased that, in spite of some difficulty with the graph they were given, David and Richard went the extra mile to resolve the issue rather than merely going back to Davenport. David was especially professional in the way he approached the job and the way that he communicated with me. He was very careful regarding the preparation of the materials and equipment and the way that he completed the work. My driveway, sidewalk, and steps are now safe and neat. in spite of some difficulty with the graph they were given, David and Richard went the extra mile to resolve the issue rather than merely considering going back to Davenport. David and Richard were very careful to provide a thorough cleanup. They are especially meticulous, given the kinds of materials that they work with. I had tried to secure a local company for slablifting. I used Thumbtack. I only received a call back from one large company that is located in Missouri. Of my three inquiries, I made an assumption that they did not necessarily want to deal with senior citizens. That is my personal assumption.
