Dan joined our company in the summer of 1997!  Dan loves being hands on, and does a wide variety of work at Nova Basement Systems.  With his vast technical knowledge, Dan is usually the first person to try something new to make sure that an installation is done properly.  Dan enjoys being a leader, working with his group of guys, and fixing homes.  Dan takes a lot of pride in the work he does and his favorite thing is to see his customers happy!

In his off time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.  When he can, you will find Dan playing softball, bowling, and mudding.  Dan is an outstanding person, and we're lucky to have him here at Nova!

Installation of Pads and Posts
CleanSpace will serve as a barrier to moisture that will make its way into the crawlspace.
In this image we have performed our final step of cutting the rods, and sealing any wall cracks.
CleanSpace will add a barrier to the ground where humidity rises, and it will lock it out.
CleanSpace Ecapsulation will prevent vapors from rising from the ground that can make a home smell musty and it also controls the humidity levels.
In order to combat the musty smells and high moisture levels, we sealed off all vents on interior of crawlspace with 2 inch foam. To neutralize any mold that was forming, we sprayed Mold-X on all floor joists and the subfloor. We then installed a SuperSump basin with a Zoeller M53. After installing 124 feet of 4 inch drain tile around perimeter, we tied it into the SuperSump. To trap the vapors off from the space we Encapsulated all of the exterior walls and the floor. Lastly, to provide structural support to the crawlspace, we replaced all 39 feet of the existing main beam. In...
