Today is Sunday, May 9th, Mothers Day 2021. And it REALLY raining! But NOT in my basement, anymore! Nova sent out a couple of people to review our needs. We never had deep water in our basement, but we had several areas where water would seep in even on days when it was drizzling. It was smelly, moldy and damp down there. Because they made several recommendations we discussed how to proceed. After the process started we found that we had a couple of areas that surprised us in spring. Nova came out and took care of them all in a timely manner. They ALWAYS showed up on time, communicated very well and checked with us to ensure that we were satisfied. Very seldom today do you find companies that can "bring it" every time, but these folks do! NOW, our basement is clean dry and hospitable. Pass on the rest and hire the best. NOVA! We couldn't be happier with them.
