Needed work done on our crawl space in our 50
year old home, met with several companies, and chose BSI. Received 2 cheaper proposals and 1 more expensive proposal, but BSI presented the most compelling proposal.

Todd inspected the crawl and thoroughly explained all my options. I liked the flexibility in the options he shared and his professional assessment of our needs. I was still in the process of choosing a company, and Todd was good about calling me back to see how my search was going. We set up a couple of days for the work to be done in the next week once I decided to go with BSI.

The crew led by Joe did a great job completing the work and showing me what they had done and cleaning up each day and answering my questions. All three workers were friendly and courteous. In a day and a half, they installed a sump pump, dehumidifier, encapsulation material, wall insulation, 2 steel jacks with a steel beam, pier wraps, and a sister beam.

Virgil, the subcontracted electrician, and his partner completed their work on the first day and answered my questions and were friendly, too.

Overall, very happy with the process from beginning to end and recommend BSI to anyone looking to improve their crawl.

My other proposals were from Terminix, Crawlspace Doctor, and Indiana Foundation Service.
