The overall experience was great. At times I did have a little difficulty understanding the lead installer and the cleanup outside of my home could have been a little a better. I was also surprised when the crawl space door that was installed was a made on-site item with a 2x4 frame and not a professional looking manufacturers door. It looks cheap and like something I would have made in my garage. A surprising end to a very professional looking install. It is the first and last thing people I have shown the work to see.
