Overall a great job. The main wrinkle was the front office attempted to get away without sealing up the plastic after installation. The actual crew made it all right in the end.
The deal in the end worked out, but representative failed to explain that the company did not intend to reseal the plastic vapor barrier torn during installation.
The installation crew -- Eric R., John D., and D. --were great and even came back later that night when the pump had an issue (caused because the electrician didn't show ....)
What made you choose our company:
The quality of the job was high, the crew was great, and they lowered their price to match an offer by the competition. So far, the pump is working well. The issues: the office tried to nickel and dime me on a proper clean-up (which, fortunately, the crew took care in the end), and the electrician did not show up the day he was supposed to. So I would recommend, with a couple of caveats.
