Very personable, straight-forward about my situation that did not need a full-perimeter treatment

Friendly, fun, kind, and knowledgeable about their job to be done. Sorry for the complications hidden behind the wall that caused difficulties., but they got worked out OK in the end.. My suggestions for more thorough company training: shop vac for use periodically throughout the work process to avoid excess tracking and grinding of debris into flooring, etc; work mat or canvas for workers' tools - not to be placed on tables, counters, flooring etc in the home; consideration in the demolition process of materials that might need to be reused in the reconstruction of, for example, a closet wall that contained framing for an upper shelf and a notched board at the end for the clothes rod to fit in. That framing should have been removed carefully and set aside safely for reinstallation.
