I heard good comments about MidAmerica Basement Systems, and talked to a representative years ago at a local home show. I had a basement drain/pump system installed in one rental house several years ago. Because of success with that 1st system, I had another installed in a second rental house in 2015. Today, 02-Jan-2017, Adao Natario performed service on both systems, replaced one pump, and also recommended some other work, which I will consider.
