Work crews headed up by Adao and Mike were great. Window were supposed to be installed in November 2018. Somehow they lost the windows for my project and the completion had to be postponed until March 2019. No consideration was offered for the time we had to wait.

I had used your company several times before on other projects and was always satisfied. I did choose a competitor to complete some other work this spring due to the complete lack of consideration for the delay in installing our windows due to you losing out windows.
