Initially chose you based on the salesman that came to advise on products and provide estimate. Thom Hallman, I think, was his name. His presentation and answers to my questions secured the job for you. The performance of the people who have represented you since has solidified that, I have no desire or need to contact anyone else. Scottie was the latest in that string. Professional, easy to talk to, efficient in completing his work, respectful of the furnishings and finishes. Very pleased.
