Top notch all the way around for waterproofing job. From Chad during the estimate, to lead foreman Jake Oetzmann and his crew of Ian and Mike helping, I was very impressed. Jake and his team were efficient, clean, prompt, very informative during the entire process if things were found during the project, etc. They even went above and beyond afterwards to ensure perfection. Part of my project was a new dehumidifier that ended up leaking on day 1 and Jake and Ian drove over after hours to ensure proper set up. I also had some water drain cloggage due to the jackhammering in a shower and Justin the manager was there to help me through that entire process of cleaning up as well. They enjoy what they do and that goes a long way!
